Thank you so much for showing interest in our business, we greatly appreciate your support. 🫶🏼 As a licensed cosmetologist with over 5 years of waxing experience, I am dedicated to creating a safe and comfortable environment for my clients. My passion for waxing drives me to prioritize safety, privacy, and satisfaction in every service, ensuring that everyone has a positive experience. Note that we are currently not accepting walk-ins. FAQ’s ⚪️How Long Does My Hair Growth Need To Be To Get Waxed? Typically, you want at least 1/4’ inch of hair growth. This should be the length of a rice grain or sprinkle. If you’ve recently shaved , allow your hair to grow for atleast 2-3 weeks. Remember, there’s no such thing as too much hair. We are in the business of removing hair so you will not be judged. If trimming is necessary we will take care of it. ⚪️How Do I Prepare for My Brazilian Wax? Exfoliate 24 hours or take a warm shower before your appointment, this will help remove any dead skin buildup. Wear loose clothing and avoid caffeine and alcohol prior to your wax appointment . ⚪️How Can I Manage My Appointment? Please make sure you cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment . There will be a link with your confirmation text/email with the option to confirm or cancel. To reschedule , click cancel and the reschedule option will pop up with the calendar of our availability . Chose the date and time that best fits your schedule . ⚪️Can I get waxed during that time of the month ? Waxing during menstrual cycles are safe and common to do. We ask that you wear a clean tampon or menstrual cup during service. We always keep complimentary tampons and wipes available . Waxing while on your period can cause some sensitivity ,so if you choose not to wax during that time please book accordingly. If your time of the month is unpredictable we ask that you wait to schedule after your cycle to avoid any cancellation fees. ⚪️Can I get waxed while pregnant ? Waxing while pregnant is safe however it may cause some sensitivity. If you are unsure about starting your waxing journey pregnant or continuing your waxing journey while pregnant please consult with your medical provider first. ⚪️How Can I Rebook My Appointment ? During checkout we can pre book you out for your next appointment , however if you have an unpredictable schedule you can always book online 💕 ⚪️Can we find you on social media? CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a non-refundable charge of 50% of the service fee to the card on file. Wax Doll offers a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a non-refundable charge of 50% of the service fee will apply. This fee does not apply to future appointments. Please note that last-minute accommodations may not always be possible, depending on the service and appointment schedule. All clients must complete electronic intake forms. After booking, please check your email for a notification and click on the “Required Document” link. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam folder. 💗 Child and Additional Guest Policy For the safety and comfort of all clients, only one individual may accompany the wax technician in the treatment room. Exceptions are made for minors or if there is a medical necessity. Unfortunately, children and extra guests will not be permitted in the treatment area. Thank you for your understanding.
